  • Octevo work alongside Councils and Housing Associations to understand their affordable housing needs, develop existing assets or identify new private sector opportunities.
  • Where necessary, Octevo will also manage the negotiation and acquisition of private land holdings to facilitate development and regeneration projects.
  • A Contract Lease allows Octevo to utilise private funding to deliver the required affordable housing.
  • As part of our structured and comprehensive approach we also provide and undertake the funding and management of both the pre-construction and the construction process for each project.
