  • Where necessary, Octevo will also manage the negotiation and acquisition of private land holdings to facilitate development and regeneration projects.
  • A Contract Lease allows Octevo to utilise private funding to deliver the required affordable housing.
  • As part of our structured and comprehensive approach we also provide and undertake the funding and management of both the preconstruction and the construction process for each project.
  • Once the homes are built the rental income, which is paid by the Registered Social Landlord, is sold in order to repay the costs of construction and to fund the development of other similar projects
  • After 50 years the properties are offered back to the Registered Social Landlord for £1.
